Celebrate Burns Night and Valentine’s Day

As a commemoration of the life of the poet Robert Burns and his contribution to Scottish culture, Burns Night (25 January) is celebrated annually around the world. Saint Valentine’s Day (14 February) has been associated with romantic love since Chaucer’s time. To mark both occasions, Vegetarian for Life have published a leaflet of recipes including Haggis Wellington, Baked Raspberry Cheesecake and Beetroot Chocolate Cake, all of which are suitable for vegans (or can be made so).
