Animals and Us: A lecture by Prof Marian Dawkins

Details of this event arrived too late for inclusion in the Jan/Feb 2016 issue of OxVeg News. On Thursday 25 February at 5pm, Professor Marian Dawkins CBE FRS, Professor of Animal Behaviour at Oxford University Department of Zoology, is giving the James Bryce Memorial Lecture entitled Animals and Us: Revelations from Animal Behaviour, at the University Museum of Natural History, Parks Road, Oxford. Prof Dawkins has written several books on animal welfare, including most recently Why Animals Matter (Oxford University Press, 2012). The lecture is open to all, admission free.
